@andrewsherman I had 400 gr atta and 300 gr plain flour, 15 gr salt, 450 gr water and a pinch of yeast (just a pinch!). After the first kneading I leave the pastry for 2 hours.

They look good @boo, reminds me of my Scots Nana making me Tattie scones (Scottish potato flatbreads, served hot with butter, or cooled, then fried with eggs).

They remind me of the ones my mum used to make. She would do squares and triangles too. We used to have them with a spicy omelette rolled up inside with pickle - happy memories @boo just like your grandson will have. Thanks so much for sharing.
