Pudina lamb cutlets, Punjabi piyaz, avocado yoghurt and gebakken aardappeltjes. I struggled a bit in the kitchen today, so I wasn’t really into making the bonda’s. So I mixed Indian and Dutch methods: gebakken aardappeltjes, baked in ghee and finished with chaat masala. That works out really well, I must say. I’m going to do that more often!
