

Hari’s recipe of the week Pudina Lamb cutlets with avocado yoghurt, bondas and Punjabi salad. I copied Hari’s presentation as had no idea how to plate it. A beautiful and delicious dish, we really loved it. Thank you Hari for sharing your recipes.
