Dhal Puri (or Dholl Puri) with curried butterbeans, pickles and vegetable achar. Dhal Puri are a sort of roti, rolled out very thin and stuffed with yellow peas seasoned with turmeric, cumin and salt. A very healthy vegan dish! A load of protein! DELICIOUS ๐Ÿ˜‹
