Chicken balti pie. First time making pies for me, first time working with puff pastry. There’s a few lessons learned, like “get bigger pastry sheets next time” :-) Taste was allright though, even if I forgot the coriander and the mustard seeds on top … Defo going to make pies more often though!

I’m totally impressed, I’m still a pie virgin, except I sometimes make potato top pies in pannikins; but that’s a cop out. I’m inspired to get crusty👍😁
