Omg. Ages since I last cooked an Indian curry (have done Thai and Vietnamese curries though). Just finished a Chicken Korma for luncheon with extra chilli as am a Chilli Freak - lush!

Yes @harv.azad really flavoursome too. Not the first time I’d made it but with the extra chilli it was fabby 🌶
Will have to check out @Hari Ghotra’s online shop to see if she sells white poppy seeds
