Hi @Hari Ghotra ! I have just been looking at your Vegetable Pakora recipe. what's the difference between these and Onion Bhajis? just the name or Regional difference?

@Steviewilcox bhajis are heavier more doughy with almost minced veg in them. A pakora is lighter more about the vegetables then the flour. I had never heard of a bhaji until I went to a restaurant we always had pakora at home.
