My husband took curry to work for lunch for his American colleagues to try - red lentil dhal, chicken tikka masala, beef Bhuna (heated up in microwaves then kept warm in the slow cooker) along with lemon rice and naan. Another British work colleague made Hari’s korma and brought naan. 12 turned into 22 for lunch but plenty food and everyone really enjoyed it. Thank you to Hari for the brilliant recipes.
