Colorful India @boo!!!!

Looks a pretty sweet @boo
Thanks @Arthur vdH !! Suji Halva is made with wheat semolina (2 cups) roasted in ghee (1/2 cup)! So cooking starts with a lovely smell. After 10 minutes stirring you add a hot mixture of water (4 cups), sugar (1 cup), milk powder (1 cup), 6 green cardamoms, 4 cm cinnamon, food colouring. Keep stirring for another 5 minutes. Perfume with rose water, if you like. Don’t forget to remove cardamoms and cinnamon!! Bring the Suji into a nice shape and let it cool down! Cut into nice pieces and decorate with pistachios. I added some almonds and raisins as well which I roasted in the ghee before putting the semolina in the pan.
You’ve got radiance allright @boo ! Looks appetizing. A bit like Indian polenta really :-)
