Saturday night dinner avocado yoghurt Punjabi salad Lemon rice Chicken tikka masala Bhuna Bombay Aloo Red lentil dhal Cooked dhal and rice on Monday and froze. Bhuna, Punjabi salad and avocado yoghurt made on Friday night with chicken tikka masala and Bombay Aloo on Saturday to cook and reheat of the rest and make dessert. Better planning definitely helps so I’m not rushing when friends arrive. Lovely food as always thanks to Hari. I tried the fish cakes on Friday but forgot about the bones so found them when shaping the fish cakes so I’ll have to remake them a big mistake which I’ve learned from.
