Looks dark and delicious @ediblegarden - we always have to make adaptations depending on what’s in the fridge!! Looks so good!

Thanks, I seem to have got away with it then😁. The truth is I was impatient with the browning of the onions and I’d run out of garlic, I subbed garlic chives and some dried garlic. So, ‘could do better’ on my report card. Did enjoy it though.
