Easter weekend is looming and I am sure you all have plans to be with friends and family so I wanted to get this one in early in case you decide to do an Indian twist on your Sunday roast next weekend. This is my Mutton Raan - 2 marinades over 48 hours and then a low and slow cook until the meat falls away. It's #recipeoftheweek time!
