Crispy hot ‘wings’ ready for later. I’ve use thigh meat, chopped and marinading tikka pieces. All trimmed of excess fat and unwanted bits (these go to the doggies). Really love this quick, simple recipe. So tasty and we all love it here. Going to make strawberry lassi later for a cooking drink in this sunny weather we’re having. Anyone else cooking their favourite comfort food today?

@Hari Ghotra has this recipe disappeared from the app? Or am I blind as I can’t find it?

Not so much crispness as there’s no skin but very nice. Soft as I didn’t cook them overly, but nice.

Thanks for the suggestion @Hari Ghotra

I do love the crispiness of these @andrewsherman - not tried it with thighs yet! Another alternative is to miss the flour all together and just use spices and roast @Andrew Cockburn

Interesting - I need to keep my carbs low so I generally avoid regular flour - from the look of it the coconut flour worked out well!

@Andrew Cockburn - Not ‘coco-nutty’ enough really. If you add some coconut oil to cook on that may help. However this will make the recipe Gluten free?

Swapped plain flour for coconut flour too 👍
