Liking the sound of wedges/mash, not sure on lemon rice. Falia di sabji, spiced runner beans, may be nice too. Thinking also of raita and rotis as wraps.
So maybe roti wrap with lettuce and raita, with spiced wedges and runner beans, maybe?
