Hi all, I took a picture of this evening’s meal and somehow lost it☹️.
I made Harri’s vegetable vindaloo from the slow cooker book. Because we try to eat low carb. I substituted the potatoes for Chou Chou and celeriac, I realise the kidney beans are high carb. but that’s a little treat🤣.
