๐ even the dog likes it @dcmorris27
Love that dhal @dcmorris27! It looks so good! Making me feel hungry ๐๐
Hi @dcmorris27 @Jo dunn itโs not a mistake it just that in the recipe my mum makes she would add kidney beans but in most restaurants dhal makhani is made only with Urid so I just wanted to mix it up a bit. With or without is fine and tinned is fine. When cooking raw kidney beans you must soak over night and boil them for 10 minutes before using them as they can make you very sick. Hope that helps Hari

Ooooh looking forward to seeing it ๐๐๐
@Jo dunn on the menu today for lunch can't wait to taste it๐ค๐ค
Did you make it yet @dcmorris27 ?๐ฅ๐ฅซ
@Jo dunn that was my feeling to about the tinned kidney beans and thank you for your input much appreciated ๐๐ค
That's weird, isn't it? @dcmorris27 Rajma has to mean kidney beans, I wonder if it's a mistake in the slow cooker book. My slow cook book is on Kindle and no, there aren't any kidney beans mentioned in the Dhal Makhani recipe, yet they're in the web recipe. I'd definitely add them and I'm confident that tinned ones are totally fine to use xx ๐ค๐
