How are we all? I hope you have all had a great week. I know i'm a day late but here it is this weeks #recipeoftheweek It's a lamb dish made with pearl shallots so if you like onions it's a great one to try. The masala is lovely and intense with a wonderful selection of spices so let me know what you think and if it's going to me on your menu this week.

I'd use judgement and instinct if I were you @Andrew Cockburn. You don't want to burn it, but you do want to seal it. Turn the heat down when you feel it's 'time'! Lamb melts down beautifully afterwards with the low long slow cook! Lotsa luck 🤞💕

@Hari Ghotra - the recipe says to cook the lamb on a high heat for 20 minutes, is that correct? I worry that will make it tough.
