Lamb with Shallots #myfirstcurryoftheweek! Beautiful rich fragrant sauce, real hit of pepper (I’ll use a little less next time), and I got the lamb really tender (turns out the secret is low and slow - who knew?!?). I messed up and put too many tomatoes in but it turned out really well - this one is a keeper!
