So if you had this what would you cook with it? I am taking the truffle out for another day but I’m soooo excited 😆 I LOVE mushrooms! I need your help with ideas on what to make with them so put your dish ideas in the comments below.

stir fry the mushrooms with some steak ( marinade in: soysauce, wochestershiressauce, aleppo pepper, ginger, garlic, ground peppercorns, salt, toasted sesame oil over night and little bit of sugar for nice caramelization).
bbq steak ( preffeeably ribeye) as tge very last thing. make basmati rice, add some cinnamon bark, a few gloves, crush a few green cardamoms. heat coconut oil in pan, toast some shahi jeera ( cumin) in oil. turn off heat. wash basmati really well 3 or 4 times, shake out all the water. after you turned off heat add washed rice into coconut fat. go slow, spoon by spoon. hot fat does not want water. after incorporating all rice cook it stirr frequently so all rice is coated w coconut oil. rice :1 part, water to cook rice in is 1.25 parts. ricecooker add desired water amount, add the cinnamon ( cassia bark), green crushed cardamom and whole cloves. add toasted rice. cook.
sautee onions cut in rings w worchestershire sauce, soysauce, garlic and salt and pepper. add cleaned mushrooms at end.

cook steak to desired donness, cut in slices.set aside to rest.
portion cooked rice w onionand sauteed mushrooms, serve w steak. happy eating.

And, seeing as they have artichoke here: I think you might make an artichoke bhaji.

I’d do very little to them. Glaze an onion, little bit of garlic, stew them for a bit, touch of garam masala and then serve them with saffron rice and a carrot and onion salad.

Some sort of risotto? Maybe lightly spiced or flavoured?

How about a cream based mushroom soup with Indian spices?
