Fabulous Sindhi Masala for starter last night followed by chicken balti . @Hari Ghotra can I use beef for bhuna instead of lamb? Would it be braising/strewing beef? Has anyone else done this? Any tips?

You said you'd like more constructive comments (on Hari's post today), so here goes. .....
🤔🙄 Your fish looks fab, but would be even more so without the kitchen roll.... on a pretty plate, cloth, board? maybe a sprig or two of coriander? slice of lime or lemon? When I first started this app my food lacked decent photography skills, but I've learned from watching and copying other posts. Hope this is useful @day_kate 🤔💕
😂 @traceyross ‘behind’ is gorgeous with beef!!
Sorry ‘bhuna’ is gorgeous with beef @day_kate
Looks really good @day_kate behind is gorgeous with beef.
Was so quick and easy @jo Dunn - fabulous flavours.
Your fish looks excellent @day_kate . I must try it one day. 🐟 💕
Thanks @Hari Ghotra . Fish was spectacularly delicious.
Yes you can use beef and the fish looks delicious 😋 @day_kate stewing steak has a bit more fat so go with that. Nice low slow cook will give a great favour. Hope that helps
