Hello ! I’m new here, my name is Émye. I’ve discovered the YouTube channel then the App and I’m totally in love ! I’m French living in Morocco and I’m in love with Indian food !!! I went to Bangalore once, long time ago for work and this travel made me appreciate even more the food. I start very easy but essential because in Morocco we lake lots of particular food products so I’ve just done my own Garam Masala ! Cheers everyone

Ahahah @stripeybag 😂 bonjour to you too ! I’m actually cooking right now the brocoli cake @Hari Ghotra ´s recipe but the French way (potatoes not cooked, and I added 1 egg and and a bit of chickpeas flour) let you all know later how it will turn out 😉 + chicken shashlik and other meats for a BBQ

Welcome @psychemy ! I think home made garam masala is very good. I love making my own too. Except for shelling the cardamom. That’s a pain …
