Laal Maas v2 - this time with the right chilis and it turned out a lot better! Still no chili melting so I blended them at the end - no big deal. Meat turned out nice and tender and I love the flavor you get from such a simple dish! Still tweaking this for my tastes and ingredients but this dish is worth the effort!
Long weekend here in the US and I took an extra day off so planning another 3 curries this weekend.

The Malabar I meant!
Thanks @Hari Ghotra - after you and @Jo dunn recommended it I don’t think I will be able to avoid making it for long :)

Ohhhh I’m excited to see pictures @Andrew Cockburn - @Jo dunn I did Malabar today in my class and they loved it. Definitely one of my favs!!
Thanks @jo Dunn! I do mean to get around to fish but there are so many other things to try! I’ll definitely give the Malabar Prawn a try soon. This weekend I’m planning a Pork Vindaloo for curry of the week, a Chicken Pasanda and a Kofta.
Looks great @Andrew Cockburn. Wow 3 curries this weekend? Wonder what you'll try next? Are you a fish fan? Malabar Prawn is a unique flavoured dish if you want something different? 🍤🍤🍤
Thanks @Arthur vdH - yes, so simple but rich and tasty!
That looks good @Andrew Cockburn ! Laal maas seems (yet another) interesting recipe to try!
