Just made @Hari Ghotra ‘s Bombay Aloo for the first time. As expected (being a HG recipe!) it was fantastic! I also made Hari’s Lamb Madras recipe, but substituted the lamb for chicken as we’ve been overdoing the red meat lately! It also turned out delicious! Thanks once again Hari! 😋 🌶 🍛 👍🏼
