Hi Kate sounds like it went down a treat @day_kate Good to heat that you are seeing the difference it makes when you brown the onions. Lamb karahi is delicious 😋 I call it a backwards curry. Make sure the lamb is tender and the masala is thick before adding them together. Also where are your pictures? We would love to see them.

Great thanks @Hari Ghotra . Made the Bhuna with beef. Very tender. Delicious. Prefer the lamb but was for 12 people so much cheaper. Chicken tandoori things were well received. Have become so much more patient browning the onions and waiting until my masala is a thick paste. Lamb Karahi next. Any top tips? 😎
