I am going to make Lamb Karahi today. It says 5 garlic cloves peeled but doesn’t mention chopping them or anything. Do I just pop them in with the lamb whole? Anyone else made this? @Hari Ghotra

Sorry missed this @day_kate I usually I use the garlic as an indicator for when the lamb is tender. When the garlic can be squished easily it usually means the lamb is ready to add to the masala.
