Undercooked crunchy rice - dried out chicken! Will try it again sometime 😂

What you can do is get some muslin and put the whole spices in that and tie them in to make a bag. Add the bag then take it out when you are finished cooking. Have a look at my lamb biryani recipe. It shows you how to do it @Kizz Sandhu

I did @Hari Ghotra - although that's what I dislike about a biryani, having to pick out the whole spices whilst eating it. Have you ever made it where you remove the spices at any point?
