Today I was busy so I used curry powder from Cardiff Market, it’s Trinidad Scorpian Blend, with goat, bilingual and cauliflower rice, very hot !!!😤

Thanks at @ediblegarden , @Harri Ghotra and @ArthurvdH. The suggestion about sultanas I’ll try again. Next time I am going to double the weight of meat.👍🤣🐐🐐

I’m liking the colour of that curry too stripey, if it’s a bit much I add sultanas. I hope saying that doesn’t get me expelled😁

Some of these weapons grade chillis... it’s like, you make 9 litres of plum sauce, add one small chilli and find it’s too much and the taste isn’t all that either.

Sorry the predictive text and no specs. messed the message. The cauliflower rice was cooked with bilimbi and leeks. The very hot curry was cooked with green peppers. 😊😤
