Hi @day_kate same principle use something with a bit more fat stewing steak, chunk etc you can also keep an eye on it and add a little water if needed. Hope that helps.

I loved the Bhuna with the beef. My favourite recipe at the moment although hubby loving Karahi lamb. @Hari Ghotra would beef produce enough fluid for Karahi?
