What a miserable Monday morning we are having but I hope you lovely lot are all ok.
So this weeks #recipeoftheweek is all focused around healthy eating week and it's a new recipe! I'm a bit nervous about it as i'm not sure how many of you will be up for giving it a go. This is my vegan, wild rice, cumin and chickpea burger.
