hari: i forgot to ask: i have fresh tamarinds. how do you get the flavor out? i peeled mine, took the seeds out, and put the sticky tart yummi paste thing in w hot water to extract the flavor. but is it done the right way?

yes that is a great idea. i have a new portion right now marinating. i will post a pic once its done.gd nite. i am so glad i found this app and you on yt❤🤗i love indian food.gd nite😴
