I thought I was going to be daring today; but I see Arthur’s been free styling too. Look I’m not going to list ingredients and quantities because I think @Hari Ghotra could take the germ of the idea and run with it.
One of my favourite things to cook is ratatouille. I decided to try to give it an Indian treatment. I left out the olives, basil and splash of balsamic 😁 added chilli, turmeric , cumin etc.
Actually I have to say imo, worked pretty good, may have over turmericed a bit, and under chillied but it’s a combo of veggies that can certainly be translated.
