i think the chicken tikka masala i have pat down, but the lamb tikka i quiete dont gey yey. Hari if you ever come to Idaho you have to go to my indian resyaurant and dismantle the missing ingredient for me. i am thinking black cardamom....i ordered some....will see.

absolutely, but i had only 2 i took out of my whole garam masala. i am getting more. its such a delicate balance. last time i put too much greek yoghurt. today i did not put any just heavy cream...
