Hope everyone is having a good week. I went to kitchen equipment show last week and saw some great new gadgets. It was amazing to see all the innovation that is going on around reducing plastic with some very cool products like bamboo straws, coffee cups made out of rice husk, blenders that are controlled from your phone and so much more. It got me to thinking - if you could create a kitchen tool or gadget what would it be and why. Let me know below!
