Anyone else need any Monday motivation? I do today feeling a bit blaaaaaa so I thought that the #recipeoftheweek would be something a bit different. So, how many of you have tried my Cashew Nut Curry?
It's really unusual and I know many of you will be thinking 'i'm not sure about that one!' but I can assure you there is something super satisfying about it. It's full of South Indian flavours with a wonderful warmth and provided you don't have a nut allergy I would urge you to try it - well that's what the app is all about, inspiration and new ideas. The full recipe is below and if you have any questions then give me a shout!
So who is going to be brave and give it a go?

Hi @marydion I often take the leaves off the stalks and put them in a tub in the freezer - it’s a good way to keep them as fresh as possible.

I finally found curry leaves, but they come in such a large package in the market. How long will they last and do you have any tips on how to keep them. Will freezing them destroy the integrity of them?

@Hari Ghotra fresh is really hard to find here in Idaho. most people here know salt and pepper only...they have no clue what spice evolution they are missing....for the lamb hunters stew what somebody posted- i am gonna buy some kashmiri chili- shoukd i go mild, med or hot? i have hot kashmiri chili powder at home and if heat is needed i can always put mace in it. what do you think? i am thinking medium heat

I gave it a go a while back. I loved it! Creamy yet with a bit of chew. Do try it, everyone. You won’t regret it!
