lahmacun with naan bread, love it. when i grew up we had neighbors from saudi arabia. one day tgey prepared fir a party. her son invited me over. i gobbled up about 26 little lahmacun pizzas. surprisingly his mom was not mad but instead showed me how to make them. i t took me a while to find some ingredients like garam masala and aleppo pepper but it always brings back childhood memories on a loving mom...❤

@Arthur vdH the fragrance of the aleppo. it takes seasoning to a whole new level. the ground one is very coarse in flakes and it exists in mild med or hot. i use it quite a bit. its used in lot of middle eastern and mediteranean dishes. my fav is a greek sheep cheese tomato salad with onions, kalamata olives, majoram, olive oil and a little bit of brine juice. the sheep cheese needs to be in a brine for authenticity but lahmacun needs it as well, kebabs, gyros, any hot sauce or marinade for spicy wings. you should give it a try. hope that helps. gd nite.
