Happy Sunny Tuesday!
I'd love you to try this little BBQ dish this week - it's called Patra Ni Machi and is fish cooked with a light delicate green marinade of mint, coriander chilli, coconut and a few other bits. Use any meaty white fish you fancy and wrap in a banana leaf (or just use foil) and baked on the barbi. It's super light and fragrant and I would live to know what you think.
