@Hari Ghotra I’m ‘fine’ thanks and feel better when I’ve taken steroids. My main problem is that I cannot smell or taste while like this, so cooking your food is quite difficult, however, everyone who eats the food I cook that is your recipe, love it. The time I met you with @kurry Kim , I had taken steroids so I could appreciate the meal at the wine bar. Glad I did too 🥳

@Andrew Cockburn I’ve been told it is, on a few occasions. This time I just thought of using a different meat to chicken. I love pork tenderloin 🤤

I love all the concern and thank you for any input. @hvondrus I’m not a service person so the anthrax and Kuwait bit might be irrelevant, not stepped outside of UK for many years and only to Spain and Tenerife.

@andrewsherman look up interstitional lung disease. we you are exercising you do not get enough oxygenation. mine is a result from anthrax vaccine from the us navy. look up "seabees and antrax shot" a white coat project from the us government. "imuran" also called "azatrioprine" helps but it can cause cancer again...just a word of caution. so if you served in2003 in kuwait you might have gotte the shot there too..we had lots of brits over there...hope you feel better. do your own research❤

Thanks @Jo dunn it’s been going on for 4-1/2 years so not sure. I could keep taking steroids, that would be great, but bad for me. The pork loin was a lovely alternative and thoroughly recommended, I trimmed the sinew from it first (not much) and halved the chilli quantity to 3, just a nice heat too 👍

Had 6 for a Hari Ghotra balti mid week last Wednesday. Used 2 pork loins instead of chicken. Made the usual rotis and basmati rice. All enjoyed and none remained at the end. I’ve made a couple of chicken baltis, such an easy and fairly quick recipe to do. Other than that I’m struggling a bit at the moment with my ‘respiratory illness’ that no one can tell me what’s wrong, so a private appointment has been made to get further opinions.
