Hi, I’m a newbie, just introducing myself with a comment and a question. I live alone and am (thankfully) happy with that, I feel for people who hate it! Anyway, I don’t do a lot of cooking, but I do enjoy Indian food and am looking forward to trying a few of the kits. How do I get a name in a post or comment to turn into bold text? I commented on an idea someone had on one of the posts, I put in the @ and picked their name from the list which came up, it wasn’t in bold text, I thought it might be once I added it, but no 🥴

Thanks @Jo dunn 😁 it was, in fact, your suggestion regarding recipes which I was commenting on, I thought that was such a good idea.

Sometimes it just doesn't work @jennimgraham !! When it fails on me I do a second post just with the @, their name from the drop down list, that usually works. 😎

Hi @Arthur vdH thank you for the welcome 🙏 I did exactly as you said, or not as the case may be 😊 I checked on my mention and it’s definitely not bold. Let’s see what happens here 🤞

Hi @jennimgraham and welcome! The bold doesn’t show until the message is posted. And backspacing and adding a comma or period adjacent to the name will kill the ‘mention’. Does that help?
