@Hari Ghotra the greek joghurt i can get here is probably nowhere near what you are using. ours here is kinda creamy, but almost a bit sour but not tangy. i tried the joghurt variety, addwd some lil heavy cream after yoghurt is cooked down and after when cream is incorporated a splash of lemon/lime juice. but it does not taste the same like my fav dish. the meat also ich in cubes and marinated in beat powder w something else. coriander gets blizzed w tomatoes and onion and garlic..it seems to be 2 blacknto 8 green cardamoms.keeping investigating my fav dish.

For my tikka I like the tang to come from yoghurt I think tamarind is too harsh for this dish @hvondrus

@Hari Ghotra this dish came out nice, but its not what it was supposed to be...🥴😖 but making it in the slowcooker for hours compromises other stings. the tanginess was gone but it is still good flavored w deep layers...
