Was the batter nice and thick? Sometimes corn flour helps. Deep frying is fine just be safe when you do it. I will have to get a recipe up asap.Hari Ghotraover 2 yearsHi @jenny52 yes I have heard that too! Others say it is the number of ingredients including many chilli and spicesJon Watersover 2 yearsSounds fab Hari , let me know when it's upHari Ghotraover 2 firstname.lastname@example.org I'm going to have to get that recipe up now!!kevin.roperover 2 yearsOoooh, that sounds lovelyHari Ghotraover 2 yearsHey @Jon Waters there are a few versions of Indian fried chicken from chicken pakora to chicken lollipops (both recipes are on the website) through to a southern Indian fried chicken dish called chicken 65. I know not sure where the name comes from but it's a crunchy fiery dish of chicken that's marinated in a spicy sauce. It's then battered with a spiced yoghurt batter and fried. It's pretty delicious - another one to add to my list to get on the app and website I think!! Does that help?
