Life is super busy at the moment but I am loving my everyday challenges. I’ve made a few changes to my everyday routine and I feel fantastic.
I start my day with a 20 minute yoga session every morning and have cut out a few bad habits and I have so much more energy.
This week has been hectic, so many different food tastings, meetings and a private dinner for a 50th birthday - This was the spread I put together.
Do you guys have any pointers on how you get yourself motivated?

Hi Hari. Got your app after the fab squid curry recipe. It is now a trusted ‘go to’ when we are hosting. 👊 Re motivation, nothing beats a good run in the morning! 6am Zen 😌

for the motivational thing:
1) believe in yourself
2) have a dream, have a plan ( and a backup plan)
3) prioritize
4) what YOU think about yourself counts, not what others think about you
5) love yourself
6) take a minute if you need a minute
7) it does not have to be perfect, it just needs to be the best you can make it
8) keep a positive attitude no matter how crappy life gets
9) cook, eat, love, live and sleep well
10) if you don't have a special somebody on your life: get a dog. it will unconditionally love you and does not care if your nails are done or your teeth are brushed😁😊

Motivation … motivation comes and goes. I don’t usually “motivate” myself. I either do something or I don’t. If I feel dissatisfied not doing something then I take it up. If I feel dissatisfied doing something then I stop. Hmm… so maybe my way of motivation is cogitation on any feelings of dissatisfaction :-)
