Life is super busy at the moment but I am loving my everyday challenges. I’ve made a few changes to my everyday routine and I feel fantastic.
I start my day with a 20 minute yoga session every morning and have cut out a few bad habits and I have so much more energy.
This week has been hectic, so many different food tastings, meetings and a private dinner for a 50th birthday - This was the spread I put together.
Do you guys have any pointers on how you get yourself motivated?
