Hari's Ossobucco with small lamb shanks from the Asian store butchers' counter with Hari's golden Masala Mash. I'd definitely do this again. The flavours are pungent yet fragrant; very different working a Hari recipe with no garlic or ginger. Used the whole tin of tomatoes for extra sauce, Lovely!π
