Two #recipeoftheweek s today: ossobucco-ish goat and Sri Lankan beetroot curry, with roti. Taste of the ossobucco was great, but it came out a bit yellow instead of reddish. That’s probably becaus I used fresh tomatoes instead of tinned plum tomatoes. I made the beetroot curry with coconut milk, starting from mustard oil. It doesn’t become too sweet Hari, you needn’t change the recipe. The two dishes combine well too!
