I feel the methi, coriander and bell pepper pull the balance of flavour in the wrong direction. This dish is all about the sweetness of the onions, tomatoes and meat, balanced by the sourness of the yoghurt. Cream is sweeter than yoghurt, and methi and pepper don’t have the right tang to balance that in this recipe. Just my thoughts though, worth what you paid for them ;-)hvondrusover 1 year@Jo dunn i spiced it up, added paprika, cayenne, salt, cillantro, kasoori methi and red bell pepper and some heavy cream. i am not big on yoghurt / curd, i like heavy cream more, but i guess thats personnel prefference. i think its a good recipe but it needed more flavordepth, but thats just my opinion. what do you think about it?Jo dunnover 1 year@hvondrusJo dunnover 1 yearWhat did you think @hvondrus?
