I have Hari’s slow cooker book - time to take a look I think!Jo dunn11 monthsRe. tenderness of lamb in cooking ..?. I wonder if US lamb cuts differ overly from over here. I find lamb tenderises beautifully, as long as it's given enough time and that it's allowed to cook really low and slow. Slow cookers /crockpots produce melting lamb dishes, so much so you have to watch the lamb doesn't overcook!!! But I have found that putting the pot in the oven for an hour at about 375f seems to cook the lamb well and keep it tenderAndrew Cockburn11 monthsI will try - it’s a very intense dark masala, fragrant like a Madras with a texture like a Bhuna, rich and spicy ... does that help?Jo dunn11 monthsBelieve it or not I have never made this @Andrew Cockburn .
