Finally got round to adding mustard oil and spices!!! Have to say we did taste before and it was very sharp and delicious. I added ginger garlic and chilli at the start. Lovely and spicy. Very happy thanks. When you say lasts for a year in the fridge is that even if we keep opening it to use it?
