Help @Hari Ghotra . My sauce for Murgh Makhani is a bit thin. Chicken is in it and cooked. What’s the best way to reduce my sauce without over cooking the chicken? Any advice appreciated. 😱

Was lovely @Hari Ghotra Couple of questions about it:
Why do we start with water in the pan? How long should I boil the water before adding the tomatoes?
Should I reduce it quite a lot before adding chicken?
So I have a thick gravy in the end - my husband loves it. Thanks

Thanks @Jo Dunn . Disaster averted. Simmered gently for 30mins. Chicken still tender and tasty. Love cooking with thigh meat! 3 more meals in the freezer! 🤓

Take the chicken out @day_kate . Reduce the sauce to how you want it on high ish heat. Turn the heat down add the chicken back to warm through 💕👍
