Chhole wala gosht. Not a Hari recipe today, but one of Madhur Jaffrey’s adapted for the pressure cooker. Also with pork neck instead of the chops she uses. Oh, and kohlrabi instead of potatoes. I love that pressure cooker: chickpeas done in 20 minutes plus slow cooling! And very tender pork neck to boot!
