Slightly altered lamb bhuna Fried the spices too at end of onions Sealed the lamb Added tomatoes and lamb stock and some tomato puree and bring to simmer Fished out the lamb into a bowl and cover with cling film Add the lamb bones and trimmed off meat / fat Reduce as required Remove the bones and trimmed off lamb Add the lamb back in and simmer until cooked with a lid on add garam Masala and corriander as normal
