Had a go at making Gobi Masallum - tasted great. Maybe need to keep some gravy back to pour over when serving or maybe it was to thick to start with.

I would keep a bit back to use as a sauce or pour more over it but I’m glad you liked the fish @Gary Fones

Thanks for the feedback - it tasted great - nice and spicy 🌶 Need a little more liquidy at the start. Cashews made a great sauce though.

Love your Gobi Masallum. I remember when we all did this, can't recall when. I think it was maybe #recipeoftheweek once. It is thick, but you could loosen it with extra sauce/water.
